Doesn’t it just suck when you work with a bad contractor? Someone who doesn’t have the decency and scruples to own up to being a normal human being…

You hear all the bad stories of friends and family members who have hired contractors or builders who have taken forever, made mistakes, used shoddy equipment, cut corners, or otherwise just created a really bad experience.

Sometimes it is due to honest underestimation of time or scope of work. But usually not. Usually it is a bad habit that perpetuates over time. Usually it is the nature of a bad contractor or builder.

The same goes with these contractors’ relationships with their suppliers. Sometimes they pay late, or not at all. Often they are disrespectful and just not easy to work with.

In my opinion Dennis Smith Custom Builders is all of the above. I guess you felt that one coming?

If you need general contractor services — electric, plumbing, building, carpentry, handiwork, etc. there are always so many ways to finn those services.

Just remember — you guessed it — watch out for that shady guy Kevin Smith! He really screwed over someone I know. He can do it to you too!

Kevin Smith and Dennis Smith Custom Builders are the epitome of the contractor cliche. You want to make sure that you work with a contractor that treats you right, that has a good track record, that pays their suppliers, thats is a stand up icon in their communities.

Go to Google and search for contractors, you’ll find plenty of them.

If you did start doing business with these guys, be VERY careful. Make sure that they don’t screw you. Wrap up the project and head for the hills. Run and don’t look back.

Seriously folks — do you want to do business with a man who has no honor, integrity, humility? Someone who is just insecure and weak minded and plays games? Someone who screws over his suppliers and customers?

I didn’t think so. In my opinion the best way to do avoid problems is to avoid Dennis Smith Custom Builders. How many contractors are there in NJ? Probably thousands. I hope you don’t make the mistake of working with this shady piece of garbage.

Why This Blog Exists

Dennis Smith Customer Builders really screwed over someone I know. It probably wasn’t the first or last time that Kevin Smith and his company will screw someone over. But I figured that it should not go unrecognized and maybe I can help other people avoid getting screwed over this way.

I promise that soon enough when you search for his shady little excuse for a company, that this blog will come up first. Seriously, there is no time in life to deal with people with little to no integrity. Kevin Smith has proven to me that he is that kind of person. Hopefully this blog will help other people who are doing research on this company realize that they should find other options — that Dennis Smith Custom Builders in New Jersey should be avoided. Consumers should know that they should take their business elsewhere if they want to ensure that they are doing business with honest people. Easy enough.
